OhmQuote is operated by Théo Ruffin, individual entrepreneur / sole proprietor, France. OhmQuote is software for creating electrical estimates, customer approval links, invoices, exports, and related business records.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the prices, labor, materials, taxes, terms, customer information, documents, and business decisions you enter into OhmQuote. OhmQuote does not provide electrical, legal, tax, accounting, or code-compliance advice.

Subscriptions

The first 3 unique successfully sent or shared estimate revisions are free. A paid OhmQuote Pro subscription unlocks continued sending and related Pro functionality. Apple Store localized pricing and billing terms are authoritative. Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

Data and Availability

OhmQuote is local-first for core estimate creation and editing. Some features, including cloud backup, restore, public approval links, subscription verification, and push notifications, require network access and external services.

Public Approval Links

When you create an approval link, anyone with that link may be able to view the linked estimate and submit an accept or decline decision until the link is revoked, superseded, deleted, or otherwise unavailable.

Acceptable Use

Do not use OhmQuote to store or share unlawful content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse public approval links.
