OhmQuote is operated by Théo Ruffin, individual entrepreneur / sole proprietor, France. OhmQuote helps electricians create estimates, share approval links, create invoices, back up app data, and manage subscriptions.

Information You Provide

OhmQuote may store business contact details, customer names and contact details, service addresses, estimate and invoice content, notes, terms, photos, signatures, and exported documents that you choose to create or add.

Account, Sync, and Approval Links

OhmQuote uses Supabase for authentication, cloud sync, private file storage, account backup, public approval links, and account deletion. Customer approval links allow a recipient to view and accept or decline a specific estimate without creating a customer account.

Subscriptions

OhmQuote uses RevenueCat and Apple App Store subscriptions to manage purchase, entitlement, and restore status. OhmQuote does not receive or process native payment card or bank information.

Analytics, Diagnostics, and Configuration

OhmQuote uses PostHog for product analytics, Sentry for diagnostics and crash reporting, Firebase Remote Config for operational configuration, Firebase Cloud Messaging for optional approval decision notifications, and Apple AdServices attribution when available.

Analytics and diagnostics are configured not to send customer names, customer contact details, addresses, estimate text, document contents, approval tokens, authentication tokens, Firebase tokens, or secrets.

Data Sharing

OhmQuote uses service providers only to operate the app, subscriptions, sync, approval links, analytics, diagnostics, messaging, attribution, and support. Documents may also be shared with recipients you choose through the iOS share sheet or through an approval link you create.

Your Choices

You can export your data from the app. You can request account deletion from the app, which deletes synced account data and revokes public approval tokens. Canceling an App Store subscription is handled through Apple subscription management.
